Ward is born April 15th, 1975 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. After completing the requirements for high school she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer of her junior-year. There she was part of the drill and dance team. After her graduation the school she attended was Northeast Louisiana University. When she was thirteen years old Ward began modeling, leaving school, and then moving from Louisiana to New York in order to achieve this. After a few years, she also decided to try acting. In the 1970s, Ward was a part-time actress with no credit on the daytime soap All My Children. Then she landed a short-lived role in NBC's prime-time teen drama Malibu Shores. Ward got her first lead role as a character in Sunset Beach daytime soap opera, where she played the female virgin Meg Cummings. She began her quest for a movie career starring as her neurotic Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd. It failed to make a profit in theatres, but it did find some commercial success with home-video and cable. Following the film, Ward was in a cameo role in the hit movie Shallow Hal. Ward also played a part as a guest star on many TV shows and direct-to-DVD films. She was the main actor in ABC Family's drama show Make It or Break It in the beginning of its two seasons of 2009. The year 2009 was the time she landed the part Chloe Kmet as the mother of a gymna who is a teenager. She was married to David C. Robinson, a producer. The couple had a son named Cameron.
